8 random things about me

  1. I create my worlds with the use of Photoshop where I pull all my photos, textures, splashes and public domain images to then manipulate them, take them apart, re-touch, re-configure and experiment.

  2. I am a practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture by day and profession

  3. I have made my home in Scotland, but am originally from a little town in the North-Eastern borderlands of Poland, where I often return to be with my family. My parents still live in the house where I grew up, so these trips home are always a very special plunge into Nostalgia. I also am very blessed to still have my maternal grandmother in my life. She is magnificent and loves Jenga.

  4. For over a decade I have been running and singing in a vocal ensemble called Davno. You can find us on Facebook and in real life too if you live in Scotland. We sing Eastern European traditional folk. Have a listen - you might like it ;)

  5. Creativity is something I feel absolutely compelled to do to feel well. It may take many shapes, but is my fundamental need like a good breakfast and a sound sleep.

  6. I often dream my images.

  7. Some of my inspirations are Magritte, Chagall, Maggie Taylor, William Blake, Angela Carter, Old Folk Tales, the Whales and All the Fishes, the Moon, Bach, the Shadow Self and Many Many more.

  8. It is rather unusual to see me make any kind of list.
